Easter Weekend we decided to visit the Manhattan Sunset Zoo! It was their EGGstravaganza, which made it 10x better. They have beautiful animals, but we must say that their peacocks were absolutely amazing!!!

Jayhawk Country!
Well I did it... I drove over to Lawrence, Kansas today, home to the University of Kansas. My friend Lauren and I enjoyed a day of touring the town, getting lost on the large campus as well as lunch and shopping on their infamous Mass Street. It was a fun and busy day, but I am sure glad that God brought us to Manhattan instead of Lawrence - He definitely knows what is best!

Travis' Mammoth Kansas Turkey

Kansas City, Missouri or Bust.
This past weekend I drove to Kansas City, Missouri to meet up with Gina. We had a girls weekend in downtown. We visited The Plaza, The Power and Light District, Union Station, The Crown Center and The Legends. You name it we did it and we had a great time!
