Travis Surprised Me... on My Birthday!

 Little did I know, that my thoughtful husband took the day off and had a 'Birthday Day of Fun' planned for the two of us :)

We jumped in the car?? Where are we going??...

 We started the morning off right, with Starbucks!!

 Then he surprised me with our first couples massage!!!

It was so fantastic to have a prenatal massage, I definitely was in need of one, and having him by my side made it so much better :)

(sorry no pictures from that part of the day - hehe)

By this point in our adventures we were starving!  

He knows me too well and took me to my favorite food spot - Postinos East!  He even packed our favorite sun hats - too cute :)  After our fabulous lunch our bellies were full and we were off for more fun!

After lunch we ended up at a matinee movie - my favorite past time.

He even took one for the team and was the only man in our theater to see Lucky One.  (He ended up really liking the movie :)

What a great BIRTHDAY!!!

My 27th Birthday

I feel so blessed!  

27 years old, 27 weeks pregnant and surrounded by incredible people in my life!

Thank you to everyone who made this day so special!

Mom and I shared breakfast and movie time together - so fun!

Stephanie and I share the same birthday, and since she is out of state right now... we don't get to share the day together anymore :(  But she sent me the most adorable Cupcake Flowers! Thanks girl - they were precious!!!  Happy Birthday!

The last two years Travis and I have enjoyed a birthday tradition of dinner at Joe's Farm Grill & dessert at Liberty Market.  Both places do a great job of making you feel special on your bday ;)

I just love their atmospheres and bonus... God Blessed the day with fantastic Weather!!!

CHEERS to an exciting year to come!

Bring on the Fan

Travis and my dad worked together to add a fan to our Master Bathroom.  We know the heat is coming and we figured it would be smart to add a fan now, before my prego body roasts in June and July.  

Thanks guys! It turned out beautiful :)

26 Week Ultrasound

We went in for our last ultrasound at 26 weeks.

Knowing this time that she is a girl, made the experience much more special.

Our ultrasound technician even surprised us and used 3D!

Easter 2012

 I can't believe it is already April! 

Time and this pregnancy is flying by!

Travis and I shared a beautiful Easter day together, as a family of soon-to-be 3!  

We started it off with church with Allie & Will and then we headed across town to see all of the family!

Of course the Master's were on tv anywhere we went... Trav didn't want to miss any swings :)

24 Week Baby Bump

Time is flying by now.  Thank goodness I am enjoying it!  The Second Trimester fulfilled its promise of a much smoother ride.  Truthfully, I have loved being pregnant - never would have thought I would say that during Trimester 1!  My hubby loves the belly and I have had a lot of fun with it too :)

Travis and I made a fun date out of registering.  I didn't think he would enjoy himself, but he did!  Special thanks to Gina & Michelle for all of your advice... it made for a smooth experience.

Stephanie Visiting for Easter Weekend

Stephanie was visiting her family for Easter, so we got time to sneak away for our usual girl time activity - pedicures!

Gender Reveal Party

The last weekend in March, Travis and I threw a Gender Reveal Party for our soon-to-be baby!
We thought it would be more fun to find out the sex in a celebratory atmosphere
surrounded by our friends.

We had a PINK & BLUE party and the Big Reveal was done by the opening of a box filled with balloons.
