Bible Study Christmas Party

We decided to get out of our box this year for our Bible Study Christmas Party.  Instead of a white elephant gift exchange we celebrated in Queen Creek at San Tan Flat.

 It is a fantastic, outdoor rustic, cowboy-feel venue.  

With country music rockin over the speakers and personal fire pits.  

We just loved it :)

 Everyone had a great time and the s'mores were delicious!

Christmas Eve - AKA - Mom's Bday!

As usual Christmas Eve is always extra special for our family.

We start the day off with church  at CCV, followed by PF Changs, cake at the house & an evening movie! (This year it was Sherlock Homes)

 

What a fun evening of celebration!!!

WE ARE PREGNANT

Cookie Baking with Carly

Carly and I spent the 23rd of December baking cookies.  LITERALLY! 

Carly had to make enough to feed 60 of her family members and well I just wanted some to eat, hehe.

We baked for 6 hours and made 6 different kinds (all from scratch)!

1. Chocolate Chip

2. Frosted Sugar

3. Double Chocolate Chip

4. Oatmeal Raisin

5. Spritz

6. ummm I forgot - haha

They all turned out delicious and we are excited for next year - bring it on!!!

Tucson Thanksgiving & Trav's 29th Bday

Travis and I shared the Thanksgiving holiday weekend with his family in Tucson.

The sky was so beautiful Turkey Morning so we pulled off onto the side of the road to take some photos in the desert!

We had a fantastic day with the family and definitely ate too much food! :) 

Travis has the benefit of sharing his birthday with Thanksgiving weekend every year.

Since we were visiting his family he got double-the-excitement birthday dinners :)

Kyle, Michelle, & I took Travis out for Mexican to celebrate his 29th !!

Travis' grandparents also took the family out to Outback Steakhouse to celebrate!

Happy 29th Travis!

I can't wait to see what year 29 has in store for you!

Michelle's Ladybug Shower - The Dessert Table

The dessert table was my MASTERPIECE!

It turned out exactly as I had planned, hoped & dreamed!

Filled with delicious goodies and bright designs, 

it was a show-stopper:)
