Our good friends the Hsiehs moved to New York for Brisa to do her 1 year internship. For Brisa's Christmas present, her husband Chris, flew me out to surprise her. The trip turned out to be an amazing surprise for me as well. My dream has always been to visit New York at Christmas time and what could be better than spending it with her! we went in the summer... considerably less dreamy, as Rockafeller Center had no tree or rink, just bunches of umbrellas for a food court and going down to the subway was hot and felt like going to Hades... :) but it is a pretty amazing city! Glad you got to go over the holidays!
