For the long 4th of July weekend we decided to load up the car and enjoy the city of Prescott.
On our way out of town we met Lauren for breakfast :)
Unfortunately, there was a huge accident on the way up, so we met up with Chad, Shaina & Emma and caravanned through the long back route...
our 2 hour drive turned into 4.
Nothing cooler than Bagdad, AZ!
Sadly we passed through burned forest along the way - so detrimental!
We even found the 1st Costco - haha
WE FINALLY MADE IT!!!
Gamy couldn't have been happier to have her girlies in her arms!!
It was overcast and gorgeous!
Perfect day for the 4th of July in Prescott!
I was blessed with plenty of Emma time! My 3 month old niece is precious!
Brother & Sister bonding over our babies!
It was an emotional weekend seeing all of the town come together
over the loss of their 19 hotshot firefighters.
It was special to see all of the different cities firefighters who came up to assist - Chandler representing!!!
My little STAR!!!
Family playtime in the Park
Wondering around the Courthouse!
Paisley's biggest obsession right now... being walked around!
DATE NIGHT!!!
Travis and I were able to sneak away for a movie date.
It was so nice to have some one-on-one time :)

My heart is extremely heavy ... After spending an emotional weekend in Prescott remembering the 19 hotshot firefighters we are heading home as the bodies are being brought back to their home. My heart and prayers are with the families who are mourning their missing men. After watching the community come together I am proud to be alongside. God Bless all touched by this sad loss.
