Malachi Andresen stays with us

While Chad and Shaina were on vacation, we dog-sat Malachi.

We decided to take him to a park for some fun!

While out-and-about Trav decided to take some glamour shots!

3 Year Anniversary!

located on the Scottsdale Waterfront.

All Shook Up - AZ Broadway Theatre

Michelle, J, Travis and I shared a fun evening of music and entertainment last night at the Arizona Broadway Theatre.

All Shook Up was filled with Elvis music combined with an adorable storyline :)

We had a great time and always love the food, music and company of the show!

Memorial Weekend in Payson

We shared a relaxing weekend with Travis' family in Payson for Memorial Weekend.

Jenna's Balls!

Red Velvet CAKE Balls - that is!

For Chad's Graduation cake I decided to switch it up and make Cake Balls (as I call them).

They were a huge hit!

Delicious, adorable and bite-size! What more can you ask for?

The graduate loved them :) & that is all that matters.

Inspirations!

Last night we watched Uncle Steve performed at Inspirations,

a christian bookstore and tea house in Chandler.

It was a fun night of worship and fellowship.

Uncle Steve brought Mom and Shaina up for a song,

and the 2 happy couples in the room danced during one of his slower songs!

He did a beautiful job and we were all blessed by his music!

The after party was then taken to our house!

Travis was exhausted so he laid across our stove and counter to still be apart of the fun! :)

Our New Bed

On our one month anniversary of living in our new home we decided to buy new bedding!

A lot of research was put into what colors we could bring into this space.

As you know I love black and white so it was the perfect opportunity for me to move B&W into our guest room and start fresh in our room.

We selected navy blue, slate-silver and bright orange (tangerine-ish).

I have a fetish right now for layers!

So we have an orange coverlet, a silver duvet and our blue-mixture comforter.

I also love love love pillows so as you can see there is an abundance of colors and textures :)

Creating this bed has been a fun challenge and creative outlet for me.

I can't wait to see all of my visions come to life when the room is finished...
