What a memorable weekend!!!
Lindsey and Adam Petersen, Travis' best friends from Vet School, came to meet Paisley! 
They have 4 beautiful little ones so Paisley adored them!
Travis, Adam & Lindsey had planned this trip to run the Phoenix Half-Marathon together

Paisley and I anxiously awaited their arrivals at the finish line...
Unfortunately, this particular race ended in the hospital.
Travis got extremely dehydrated at the
Travis got extremely dehydrated at the
12th mile of the 13.1 mile half-marathon. He was paced to finish at 1 hour and 48 minutes (AMAZING!!!), but didn't get enough water in his body at the aid stations to make it all the way through. Paisley and I are very proud of him and we are just so blessed that everything is ok! It was an extremely emotional and scary day!
Even though there was a slight detour, we all shared a fantastic weekend together filled with laughter, journey's down memory lane and good eats and fun memories!
