OCTOBER 2013 : San Francisco/Sonoma Girl's Trip - Jami's Bachelorette Weekend

My best friend is getting married on 1.10.14 so it was finally time for her Bachelorette Weekend.
With 11 girls, we decided it would be a blast to celebrate in San Francisco
and take a day trip to Sonoma :)
It was an incredible weekend & much needed for this mommy.  It was my first official trip away from my baby girl; 3 nights & 4 days.  It was hard to say goodbye to her, (15 months old) but it was nice to know I could do it & she had a blast with her daddy & grandparents :) (A win-win for all!)
~~~~~
Jami & I decided to go up a day early so that we could have some best friend time, before the whole gang showed up! (The last time we traveled out-of-state together was our senior year of high school to San Francisco for a soccer tournament - crazy how life has changed :) )
Southwest provided us with free drinks to kick off our weekend!
Cheers!
San Francisco - we have arrived!
We rented a 3 story loft in the Mission District
Eating & Drinking our way through the Ferry Building Marketplace
It's 5 o'clock somewhere :)
Halloween Night on Valencia Street - Talk about Cray-Cray!!!
Dinner at Foreign Cinema
Why not go for a run through the San Francisco hills on your bachelorette weekend???
Of course we stopped at a local coffee shop on the way back to celebrate a great run :)
All of the girls have arrived ~ Let the fun begin!
UNION SQUARE means ... shopping, good food & drinks & TROLLEY rides :)
Burger Bar
The San Francisco Treat
It's time for another drink ... The Buena Vista - Creator of the Irish Coffee
Watching the sunset over the Golden Gate Bridge - gorgeous!
ASIA SF - was our crazy girls night out ...
so we spiced the evening up even more with COLORFUL WIGS!
(You couldn't miss us!)
After dinner & a show ...  we danced the night away in an underground dance club!
BEST PART OF THE TRIP ~ PRIVATE WINERY TOUR through SONOMA
#1-Domaine Carneros – Sparkling Wine
Great way to start the day ... with a little bubbly :)
#2 – Buena Vista Winery
(My favorite winery!!!)
#3 – Benziger Family Winery
We took their trolley tour throughout their whole vineyard - gorgeous!
Last Stop - everyone is HAPPY HAPPY HAPPY!
What a day! We are now professional WINE-Os!
On the way back to San Fran we drove over the Golden Gate Bridge :)
Last day ~ Fisherman's Wharf (touristy day)
The famous San Francisco Crab Restaurant
Of course we visited Ghirardelli Square
Lombard Street - famous for the non-stop curving
Flying home to Phoenix
