Phil Wickham's music holds a special place in our hearts.
We both fell in love with his song, 'Divine Romance' and played it at our wedding.
Then when we attended University Christian Church in Manhattan, KS, and his music was the majority of our praise and worship songs every Sunday. You know how music plays a big role in your memories (Remember the time.... fill in the blank___ ), well his music reminds Travis and I of some wonderful times in our dating relationship & now marriage.
So when we heard Phil was coming to Phoenix, we were not going to miss out on seeing him live, and we made a date night out of the evening. :)
We were well prepared for the concert, I had sweets hidden in my purse and of course we stopped for Mexican food before.
We shared Chimi's at Arriba's! (Our favorite!)
Then onto the concert...
We ran into a couple from our small group, Megan & Travis.
God has blessed Phil with a fabulous voice and spirit-filled lyrics.
He was a blessing to listen to!
